Placed order and received notice of shipment 2 days later. However when I entered tracking number shipping company stated they had not received package. Attempted to contact seller through multiple methods. Phone, email and chat. I initially thought I might have been scammed by a fake website. However after persistent attempts to contact company I got someone on the phone who could help. She said I needed to place a new order and they would ship 3 day ground at no extra cost. They would make a claim and refund me when they were reimbursed by shipping company. I haven't received a refund yet. It has been 3 weeks since initial order. I haven't received low confidence that I will ever receive a refund. I will keep my fingers crossed. I do not recommend this company.
