Display dark or buttons not working? On the NX811, the 638996 front board is still available. On the NX841 and NXA841, Norcold has discontinued the front board (638997). Before you decide anything, run the checks in our optical board guide. A dark display is often a power or fuse problem, and sticky buttons can be just the 635624 button retainer. If the board has truly failed, the Norcold N8XF keeps propane and electric, or go 12V compressor with the Norcold N8DC. Send us your model and we’ll confirm the fit for your opening.
