Our technical support services are supplied by our RV refrigerator technician, Brian Currier. Brian is an avid, full-time RVer in the summer months and full-time sailor during the winter months. Before setting off on land and sea adventures he was an RV refrigerator technician responsible for training techs in the field as well as working with dealerships/ service centers around the country in the diagnosis of troublesome refrigerators. These were usually last resort calls to ensure all measures had been taken to fix the unit before replacement was necessary. Brian is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) traveler, like most RVers and ocean cruisers. The lifestyle often times requires it and so he's dedicated his time to help travelers near and far get their Norcold and Dometic RV and marine refrigerators back up and running! Once purchased, Brian will reach out via phone to the number given at checkout. Email troubleshooting is also available to those with less than reliable service.
You do not need to be a certified electrician or mechanic in order to troubleshoot your refrigerator and we'll show you exactly how to do it in a safe and efficient way. For those RVers that don't feel comfortable diving into the troubleshooting process, we recommend going to a service center.

Warranty Work?
- We do not perform warranty work for the Norcold brand. We are in no way affiliated with Norcold/ Thetford and we now prefer it stays that way. If you are under warranty, note that you must follow their steps and procedures for having the refrigerator diagnosed in person by someone in their system.

JUST GREAT
I am so happy I went with this service! I'm a fulltimer and in a rural area. Brian helped me locate the problem in three short phone calls and I got the part next day aired to me, the it installed an hour after receiving it. So very thankful and will recommend this company to others.

Had a great experience with Brian. He bared with me over a week going through what seemed like everything! Eventually we discovered I had an issue with my inverter. He sold me one over the phone much cheaper than I could find online. So very happy everything is working great now. I HIGHLY recommend signing up with this young man. Very professional and thoroughh. I will recommend the service to anyone who may need it.

Brian fulfilled what his website and others have said about his service. I received the call within the quoted timeframe. Brian was very patient, thorough, and helpful. He gave me the steps to troubleshoot the problem and even waited with me for a while to eliminate certain possibilities. He then gave me a contact to call him back with what I found out. I spoke with him later that evening and gave him what I found out, at which point we were able to correctly diagnose and temporarily fix the issue while awaiting the installation of a fix. Brian even called me back the next day to see if everything was still working with the temporary fix and what steps to take next to make the fix permanent. In telling what permanent steps to take to fix the problem, he offered my a product through his company, but did not go out of his way to pressure me to buy through him. He even offered me, with a couple of follow up emails, alternative options from other places to buy the fix. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at the care, thoroughness, and follow-up that Brian gave throughout the experience. I've already recommended him to several RV friends.

Brian was great. Diagnosed the refrigerator in one short conversation. We made adjustments and have replaced our defective 110 Heater and Thermister. Couldn't be happier with the service. Saved me several hundred. Will use again if I need to.

Best $40 spent on this fridge... Found resolution to my problem in a couple of hours. Got the part on order, shipping ground, arrive the next day. Couldn't be happier!

Brian ha s been fantastic. Answered all my questions and then some. I went back to him numerous times to clarify my questions that had arisen even after the initial problem had been solved.

Unit arrived faster than expected. Only wish the metal fin clip was included. Mine was rusted. Hopefully it won't effect the readings.276

back in the saddle again!
spent the 40.00 to e-mail Brian. I sent him a pic of the board and the conclusion was a needed the Norcold board kit 633292 w/ controls adapters. Money well spent! I labeled the leads coming from my old board and followed the instructions. Fired her up and have all temp settings and the freezer makes ice. What else could have be simpler? The RV place told me 95 bucks an hour to diagnose and fix and was envisioning a 500 bill. Highly recommend Brian as the go to guy. Happy motoring!

I got my chill back on!!!
I had a Norcold N300.3 that didn't want to cool in LP mode. Rather than drop off my rig at the RV shop, I thought I'd give Norcold Tech Support a whirl. After a couple of e-mails, Brian was focused on the problem. Another e-mail laid out the remedy (clean the burner head) and, sure enough, we're back in the cold. A real time and money saver. I strongly recommend.

Very helpful
Responded with in an hour after email sent on a Saturday. Did some meter readings and we had it diagnosed and part ordered by Sunday. Even though their TCs says "business hours"
