Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If, however, you have simply decided that you no longer need the part or have ordered the wrong part, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Things that cannot be returned:
- cooling units
- whole refrigerators
- power boards
- optical boards
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also Email email@example.com and we will notify you shortly of the procedure for returning your product. Do not return a product before hearing from us! We will need you to provide you with an MRA number to put on the package for our reference so please do not ship anything back before hearing from us! Without the MRA number, we have nothing to reference when it arrives.
Special order items are non-returnable so please make sure that you have ordered the correct part.
All orders can be cancelled prior to shipment, however, you will need to speak with a representative to have it cancelled. That could either be over the phone or via Email correspondence. Our main priority here is to ship these orders out as soon as possible and often times there are more phone calls coming in than representatives available. Do not assume your order has been cancelled until you have heard back regarding your inquiry. If your order is a "special order", meaning it has a lead time, we need to verify the order is not in transit before we are able to cancel. All cancellations are subject to a 6% transaction fee. Above the "add to cart" on the product page, you'll be able to see the current availability of the part you are viewing. That is the estimated time it will take us to get it to you. If that time frame is not going to work with your schedule, please do not place the order. We charge credit cards at the time of purchase.
All orders placed before 12PM EST will ship out same day.
*MOST Items are shipped via UPS; UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
The shipping charge for each order is calculated at checkout depending on where it is being shipped to and that specific product's weight/dimensions.
Whole refrigerators need to be shipped out LTL truck and shipping is built into the price of the refrigerator. For all whole refrigerator orders, make sure that the phone number listed in the shipping details is an active phone number that the trucking company can use to schedule the delivery. They make three attempts and if they cannot reach you, the order gets returned and there are heavy restocking fees associated with it.
The delivery time for all products is 3 - 5 days when in stock and shipped (ground) the same day. The shipping prices, for most products, are as follows:

- UPS Next Day Air (standard)
- UPS Next Day Air (priority)
- All Canadian Orders
- $50 (with an approximate lead time of 2 weeks)
