The Dometic NRX1035S (Dometic item 9620001851) is a compact single-door compressor refrigerator for RVs, vans, truck campers and boats. It runs on 12/24V DC or 100–240V AC, so it works from your batteries, solar or shore power. Unlike an absorption fridge, it doesn't need propane, venting or leveling. The removable freezer compartment lets you use it as a fridge, a fridge with a freezer section, or open it up for maximum fresh-food space.

Does it need propane or roof venting like an absorption fridge?
No. It's a 12/24V DC compressor fridge that also runs on AC, so it needs no propane and no flue. Leave the ventilation clearance shown in Dometic's installation instructions.
Can I remove the freezer?
