the part was the exact fit for my unit. My refrigerator works like new. But once you place an order your service is double zero. Your sending us a link to our client account but apart from being told that our order has been shipped we can't get more info like shipping co and tracking # The only way we can contact you is by e-mail which you do not answer and there is no phone # we can reach you
