Someone helped me in the chat window and eventually told me which board I need for my 1210 model. The part came packaged well in 3 business days even though I paid for $5 ground. So happy our refrigerator is back working!

Glad I read the reviews before ordering. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed until I read a customer review with the same problem as me. Norcold N641 wouldn't turn on and just showed me SR. Apparently this means it's either a bad power source or a bad Norcold power board. I chose right!

After replacing board the unit still gave me six (yes six) flashing lights. But I was able to get power through the new board. Cleaned contacts on the thermistor and unit worked perfect. Always clean connections first then check power through board.

I've ordered through this company before and was really happy about the service. This time was no exception. The part arrived in just a couple of days even though I paid $5 for ground shipping and after I got it they assisted me over the phone with the installation. I got a bit mixed up with the connections. I recommend taking a picture of the board before disconnecting anything HA

No, not like you're thinking. The refrigerator simply "not cooling" is too vague to really help in diagnosis. The best place to start is with the fault code being displayed. Is the front light blinking? If so, how many times does it blink? From there you can go to the tech blog and find an article on this.

It goes based on the serial number of your refrigerator. The number you just listed is most likely a manufacturing stamp and not a board. Please read the descriptions clearly. Here is a link that will help you out:

My Brand new refrigerator will not turn on, flashes 10 times. brand new, first time taken out camping, 2018 jay flight. i have to wait for a month for service. what could the problem be? See more »

If it's brand new, reach out to Norcold for warranty work. 8005431219. The N611 is not brand new and certainly not a 2018 model, so you have an N7.

NEED TO RESET POWER BD. LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THIS ONE BUT NOT LIKE THE 628661 PHOTOS ON INTERNET. SO I'M NOT SURE WHICH IS PIN 15 See more »

This Norcold board is supposed to be reset at Pin 2 which is the 2nd pin from the left on the top row of 6 pins. The older style board has the 15 pin plug reset.

No, it cannot. You need either a board kit to upgrade both boards to the newer style or simply order the older style board that matches your model and serial number break. In your case, it's the 621269001.

Hello Norcold guy,
I am looking at a replacement board I believe i have identified the board on your page already and I want to be sure of my diagnosis before I proceed with the order.

The symptoms are:
skips running on 120vac and goes right to running on LP gas
runs fine on LP and cools well as long as i turn the gas on (so i ruled out thermistor) , otherwise it goes in to the red light mode.

I have checked:
Fuses, breakers, and GFI.
with the multimeter, I have verified approx 56 ohms at the ac heat element
I also checked and I have 120vac at both sides of the glass fuse.
I have 12vdc at the blade fuse
I THINK for whatever reason it is not detecting that there is 120vac at the optical board. I suspect that there is a problem somewhere in the control board where it would send a signal to run on shore power Without digging deeper to verify for sure that is the case, I wouldn't want to just start replacing parts. If you have any suggestions on how I can track the signal that it would use to detect that it had adequate voltage to run on AC power to verify this please let me know.

Thanks, Josh See more »

I would start by replacing the power board itself since we know that your AC heater is working and that your glass fuse is good. It should be showing a fault and it's not. Sounds to be a bad Norcold 628661.
