The valve was shipped, and arrived quickly. It is exactly the same configuration as the valve needing replacement and went on smoothly. The enclosed instruction sheet allowed me to do the job with confidence. It has been in and working now for a week; and, I've had absolutely no problems with it.

The part was easy to instal. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that the male end is plastic and will easily strip if not careful. The old part was also plastic. It would be great if the male end was metal like the garden hose.

I was able to replace the product. The instructions sent with the product was excellent.

This part (or assembly) is an identical match for the damaged part. The soft plastic threads of the original would no longer hold the hose connection and developed a leak. I tried using a new hose washer but the added thickness of a new washer pushed the connection out further on the weakened threads. I used a softer hose washer with the new part and avoided over tightening.
