Norcold Cooling Unit Thermal Switch/ Hi-Temp Limit Switch 2M0802 (fits the N6, N8 and N1095 models)
This thermal switch comes with the bracket and insulation the fits around the rectifier tube. The switch itself has two spaids coming off of it. Those spaids have wires that then connect to Limit In and Limit Out on the power board. This switch is designed to shut the refrigerator off incase of extreme temperatures that could damage the refrigerator and/or the RV. This switch includes the bracket assembly.

It's not the whole pipe, simply the insulation and insulation cover with the thermal switch rivetted to that cover. The installation is a quick one!
600F degrees. The refrigerator cannot reach that temperature unless it has leaked the ammonia solution. This is a fire preventative device but it's up to you to keep it level during operation to get the most life out of the Norcold cooling unit!
