RV Fridge Guys is owned and operated by Seek Adventure, Inc., the parent company behind several trusted brands in the RV space. This store is all about one thing: RV refrigeration. From cooling units and replacement parts to full systems and tech support, we serve campers who just want their fridge to work — without the hassle.
Our story started back in 2012, when founder Brian Currier launched the original site: The Norcold Guy. Brian spent years deep in the technical side of RV refrigeration, helping frustrated customers figure out what was really going on with their fridges. While the rest of the team handled procurement and fulfillment, Brian stayed focused on technical support — solving problems that too many service centers were misdiagnosing.
In 2013, Brian bought a sailboat in Texas and began giving support remotely while the company remained in Florida. Then, in 2017, he took technical support on the road in a Fleetwood Providence motorhome. He has now traveled over 20,000 miles across the U.S. and over 25,000 nautical miles by sea and together with the RV Fridge Guys team, has served over 60,000 customers. Living the same mobile lifestyle as his customers gave him firsthand insight into the challenges RVers and boaters face while underway — and deepened his commitment to solving them. Whether by land or sea, our mission has stayed the same: help travelers fix problems fast and keep life moving.
What we've seen over the years is a pattern: RV service centers charging $150-$200+ an hour for work they weren’t trained to do. And too often, customers were paying the price for guesswork and bad information. The truth? Most Norcold issues aren’t that complicated — they just need someone who knows what they’re doing to walk you through it.
That’s what we’re here for. At RV Fridge Guys, we don’t just sell parts — we offer free Norcold technical support to every customer. There’s already enough that breaks on boats and RVs — the simple stuff shouldn’t be the reason you’re stuck.
“I’ve made it my mission to help people find simple, honest solutions to problems that really shouldn’t be this hard. RVers deserve better — and we’re here to give it to them. When you’re juggling campsite hookups, questionable gas station tacos, and a dashboard that lights up like a Christmas tree, your fridge shouldn’t be the thing that ruins the trip.”
