The shelf is installed and fit great. Shipping was a little slower than I had expected. The 1st shelf I received was in pieces as it was shipped in flimsy cardboard. The 2nd shelf arrived safely but one end of the package was open and the shelf slipped out of the package when the Fed Ex man delivered it. Finally got it installed and works great

I ordered a Norcold replacement crisper shelf. It arrived in less than 10 days and it fits perfectly. If I had known it was this easy, I would have replaced it much sooner--I've been using a piece of cardboard.
