This was an exact replacement part for our customer's Norcold refrigerator. It was priced very reasonably, and the shipping was very fast. We ordered on a Thursday and had the vehicle back to the customer on Monday.

The shelf is installed and fit great. Shipping was a little slower than I had expected. The 1st shelf I received was in pieces as it was shipped in flimsy cardboard. The 2nd shelf arrived safely but one end of the package was open and the shelf slipped out of the package when the Fed Ex man delivered it. Finally got it installed and works great
