Really happy with the support I got. Talked with Brian in the chat window and he quickly diagnosed my issues to be the board. I was a bit reluctant at first but did some research to back it up. Ordered the board and my N1095L is back cooling as good as it ever has!!!

Had an SR code on 1200LRIM Norcold. Tried hooking up independent power source like your article said and the code remained. Replaced board and it's now working great.

    not working on propane

Posted by Jeff from Montana on 15th Jul 2016

My unit would spark and ignite on propane but once the sparking stopped the flame went out. This was enough information for the Norcold Guy to determine I had a bad board. They were right! Part was received in 2 days even though I ordered it ground shipping for $5. Very happy abou the whole experience
