Repair parts direct from the manufacture is always the most foolproof way to go. The price was reasonable. The delivery was faster than I anticipated. The installation manual was clear and easy to follow. Happy customer!

The parts were easy to install and the instructions easy to follow. After the install I had an error code due to a supposedly open temperature limit switch. Customer Service informed me that I would need to put a jumper wire between the two pins on the board as my unit did not have this function. Would have saved a lot of time and effort if that "fix" was in the instruction sheet.

I have N621 and this board was simple to install and within 20 minutes my fridge was up and running again. I had no problems and one should mark the wires on the old board as they are taken off. I was very pleased with this product compared to the price of other boards I had looked at. I would order from this company again because of the service and price.

The installation instructions are not clear as to how to hook the universal board up. It does not match up to the old board. Still struggling on getting it to work properly. New board will not bring on gas valve. I wish that the instructions were better explained depending on the model fridge that you have.
