This is the optical display board that fits the N621 and N821 model refrigerators that have a serial number above 9126825. If your refrigerator's serial number is below 9126825, you need:
Norcold Board Kit 637779 (also discontinued)
If you have an N621, the replacement refrigerator is the N7X.
If you have an N821, the replacement refrigerator is the N8X.

My refrigerator controls suddenly stopped working. The refrigerator would come on and run but I couldn't change the mode or temperature settings. Replaced the board and it fixed my issue. If you have a similar problem, it's probably the optical board rather than the rear power board.
