Fridge worked good before repair, just wouldn't shut off with switch. Bought the kit for both optical control and power board, easy installation, just pay attention to where wires came from and mark them. Good as new, back in business, Wish my rooftop AC was that easy. Highly recommend both vendor and part.

Parts as described. Great price. Received parts in 3 days. Would of been 2 but, FedEx dropped of at wrong address. Address was correct on shipping label. Just installed today. Frig will at least come on now, just giving it time to see if it cools. Install a little difficult just due to tight space. Will for sure order from you again!!

After getting the dreaded "f" error code, and sorting through the trouble shooting logic in the service manual for my N62x unit, a new power board was in order. Looked at a site which advertised a new board for $240. Then found that Norcold had this item which offered a new power and optical board for $150 plus s/h. Would have given 5 stars except for two issues. First, very complete installation instructions given, but were for several kits. Installation goes easier if you set down and mark out the portion of the instructions which do not apply to your frig before you start work. Secondly, when through with the installation, I was left with a pair of 15 inch long red jumpers. Spent time rereading the instructions, but could never figure why they were in the kit. however, installation was simple and easy and unit now functions perfectly.

I went to Camping World due to refrigerator not working on gas. It is a Norcold N621. They wanted over $300.00 PLUS installation to repair it. I found Norcold Parts online and found that the original board was only $200.00 or the upgraded board AND Controller was only $149.00. I ordered the upgraded board kit. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow once I eliminated the stuff for the other units the board covered. It took me 45 minutes to remove and replace the complete kit. EASY. Very happy with my experience.

I had a bad power board for my N821 and found out Norcold no longer makes that board. This kit came with two completely different boards with adapters to connect the new wire harnesses. The installation was painless and it's now working properly.
