Norcold Lower Refrigerator Door Assembly 623942/ 638833 (smooth interior)
We hate to be the bearer of bad news but.... this door has been discontinued by Norcold and is no longer available for purchase in the industry. There is no known fix for a broken lower door hinge which is likely what you've experienced. Due to the fact that many of your model's replacement parts are obsolete, we recommend looking into replacing the refrigerator. The exact replacement for what you have can be found at the link below. It's the same exact exterior dimensions with the same connections. Out with the old, in with the new!

No Flippin Instructions
The door was perfect. Fits just fine, no way to tell the door has been replaced. However, the product arrived with no instructions whatsoever. I had expected issues with moving the wood panels over to the new door, as others had advised no instructions on how to move. But did not expect ZERO instructions, not even a packing list! I purchased the support hinges which did come with instructions. However, 1 washer was included for the bottom hinge. Now, the handle on the fridge scrapes on the bottom handle of the freezer. I think the washer is the culprit, as it lifts the door ever so slightly. Overall, happy to not have to replace entire fridge, but dumb that no instructions were included. The website and ordering process went very well. Ordered on a Friday, received the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Good explanations of what I needed on the website. I gave my RV guy the link, as he could not locate the parts I needed!

Norcold lower refrigerator Door
Ordering was easy and web page was explicit on what we needed. We received the door 4 days after ordering it, (including a weekend).The door was identical to the original, but had no instructions on how to remove the wooden front and replace it on the new door. We were very disappointed that the original door crumbled at the hinge. We purchased the hinge reinforcements for the new door. Only time will tell how well they work.
