Thermistor

Norcold N20DCSS Thermistors & Thermostats
The thermistor (or thermostat) tells the control board how cold your Norcold N20DCSS is so it knows when to cool. A bad sensor is one of the most common reasons an RV fridge freezes everything, runs warm, or ignores the temperature setting.
Most thermistors clip onto the cooling fins inside the fresh-food compartment and plug into the control board, so they are usually a quick do-it-yourself replacement.
