Dometic Door End Cap 3316883.900 – Americana II (Top & Bottom)
This genuine Dometic end cap, part number 3316883.900, is the trim cap for the top and bottom edges of the doors on Dometic Americana II refrigerators: the DM2672, DM2682, DM2683, DM2872 and DM2882. It finishes the door edge and helps hold the decorative door panel in place.
Why replace it
End caps crack or break when doors are bumped or when panels are swapped. A broken cap can let the door panel shift or slide out, and the door looks unfinished. This is also the part to have on hand when installing new door panels.
Installation
Remove the screws holding the damaged end cap, slide the door panel in or out if needed, then fit the new end cap and reinstall the screws. Tools: screwdriver. Takes about 5–10 minutes.
