It was the right part and was delivered on time.

The part works great, however it didn't actually fix the problem and trying to find technical support seems to be the hardest thing.

That is not a valid Norcold part number but the answer is yes. Both the older style and newer style Norcold N611 optical boards are available at the link attached.

The circuit board behind the board in the picture comes with the exterior board shell. It's one part.
Unfortunately this is discontinued and Norcold does have a replacement. You'll need to upgrade to a Norcold N7 refrigerator:
