This board is simply the gateway for voltage getting to the various components of the refrigerator. Many people will typically think that this board is the cause of their problem but keep in mind that in order for that to be true you must have an issue with voltage passing through the board. Ex: lights not turning on, no power getting to your heaters, electrode not sparking, etc (those examples could be caused by a defective board but could also be the result of other variables).
