Our technical support services are offered specifically to the Norcold brand. We have over 16 years of experience with the brand and are happy to help you out in finding a quick solution while you're underway.
Troubleshooting has a flat fee of $50. We help through phone assistance as well as Emailing important instructions if necessary.
If we are unable to locate the cause of the problem at hand we will give a full refund. Most solutions can be found by simply explaining to the technician what the refrigerator is doing! You don't need to be an electrician or technician yourself, just purchase a time slot below and if we can't make that time, we'll contact you in order to set up a time that works well for us both!!!
