This thermocouple fits all 3163 model refrigerators, regardless of the serial number. The thermocouple is the component on the LP side of things that senses the flame when running the unit on propane.

fit perfectly
The length was a perfect replacement. I wish it would have come with a new orange washer/insulator for the firebox. Mine tore during reassembly but I used hi-temp gasket goo to seal around the fire box/ thermocouple entry point.
