Nordic Cooling Unit 3381B for Norcold N811/ N821/ N841 with a 90 Degree AC Heater
Construction: Remanufactured by Nordic. This is not a new unit. Nordic rebuilds and recharges the cooling unit. Warranty: 2 years on Nordic remanufactured units (register the warranty with Nordic within 30 days of installation).
The Nordic 3381B is a replacement cooling unit for Norcold N811, N821 and N841 refrigerators that use the 90 degree AC heating element.
Have the 45 degree AC heater? You need the Nordic 3381A instead.

Heating element not included. Move the AC heating element(s) from your old cooling unit to the new one, or order new ones.
Signs of a Failed Cooling Unit
- Refrigerator does not cool on propane or electric
- Yellow residue or ammonia smell at the back of the refrigerator
- Boiler area gets hot but the refrigerator does not get cold
- Cooling slowly gets worse over time even after the heaters, burner, thermistor and control board check out
Rule out the heating elements, burner, thermistor, control board and ventilation before replacing a cooling unit. They can cause the same symptoms.
