Dometic Front Interface (Eyebrow) Board 3316872.900 – DM2672, DM2872
This Dometic front interface board, part number 3316872.900, is the eyebrow control panel board for the two-way (AC/LP) Dometic Americana II DM2672 and DM2872 refrigerators. It's the board behind the eye-level controls at the top of the refrigerator. You use it to turn the refrigerator on, choose the energy mode and set the temperature, and it passes those commands to the lower power board.
Signs you may need it
- The control panel lights are out or flickering
- Buttons don't respond, or settings won't change
- The refrigerator won't switch between AC and LP
Check first: confirm 12V DC at the refrigerator and check the fuse on the lower power board. Those failures can make the panel look dead.
Installation
- Turn off the refrigerator and disconnect 12V DC and AC power.
- Remove the eyebrow trim to reach the board.
- Photograph the cable connection, unplug it, and remove the old board.
- Install the new board, reconnect it, reinstall the trim, and test every mode.
Tools: screwdriver. Takes about 15–20 minutes.
