This genuine Dometic thermal high-temperature limit switch, part number 3851409023, is the safety switch for the Dometic RM3762 and RM3962 refrigerators. It monitors heat at the back of the refrigerator and shuts the refrigerator off if the cooling unit area overheats, which helps prevent a fire.

Installation

Tools: screwdriver/nut driver. Takes about 15–30 minutes.
