Dometic Refrigerator Power Module Circuit Board 3851331011 – RM1350, RM3762, RM3962
This genuine Dometic power module board, part number 3851331011 (also written 3851331.011), is the main control board for the Dometic RM1350 Elite 2+2 and the RM3762 and RM3962 refrigerators. It's the brain of the refrigerator. It reads the thermistor and flame sensor, switches the AC heating elements, runs LP ignition, and talks to the control panel to select the energy source and hold temperature.
Problems a new power board can solve
- The refrigerator doesn't sense AC (shore) power
- It doesn't power the AC heating element(s)
- It doesn't detect a flame in LP mode
- The refrigerator won't power on or won't reset
- Intermittent operation or fault codes on the display (such as "SR")

Power surges are a common cause of board failure, especially without a surge protector. Before replacing the board, check its fuses, your 12V DC supply and the AC outlet. Dometic's RM1350 service manual lists a 3-amp DC fuse and a 5-amp AC fuse on the main control board, and an operating range of 9.6 to 22 volts DC.

Installation
- Turn the battery disconnect OFF and unplug the refrigerator from AC power.
- Remove the power board cover at the back of the refrigerator (through the exterior access vent).
- Take a photo of the board and all wire connections before disconnecting anything.
- Disconnect the wires and remove the old board.
- Mount the new board on the cover base and reconnect each wire exactly as in your photo.
- Before closing up, restore power and confirm the refrigerator runs without faults, then reinstall the cover.
Tools: ratchet/nut driver set and screwdriver. Takes about 30 minutes or less.
