Norcold N6XX / N8XX AC rE Code (AC Relay Stuck Closed)
The relay that switches the 120V AC heater is stuck closed, so the heater can stay on when it shouldn’t. The relay is part of the power board, so Norcold’s fix is a new board.
Before you start
- Where things are. The power board, fuses and burner are behind the lower outside vent, under a cover on the back of the fridge. The optical control (display) assembly is in the front box at the top.
